Healing of strains, sprains, pain, and swelling

Application:
1. Use immediately for at least 30 minutes
2. Keep the blue plastic on, clear plastic is removed
3. Wrap to keep in place
Application time:
1. Acute injury – 48 hours plus overnight until healed
2. Chronic – Overnight for 5 days or until healed
3. The longer the application the more effective
General Information
ActivMendPRO reduces swelling and pain for sprain, strain, soft tissue injuries. Uses for both acute and overuse injuries include:
- Ankle sprains
- Knee injuries
- Quad, hamstring, and groin strains
- Shoulder dislocations (may need to tape pad on shoulder)
- Acromioclavicular sprains
- Wrist and hand injuries
- Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury
- Meniscus tears
- Medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury
- Posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injury
- Patellofemoral pain
- Back pain
- Bruising
- Achilles
- Tendon
- Ligament
- Muscle
- Bursa
- Efficacy increases with the size of the pad
- The gel pad can be used during sports
- May be cut as needed
- Unused pieces can be stored in a plastic bag for a week
- Do not expose to water
- Wraps can be removed for treatment or showering. Put in a plastic bag to prevent moisture loss and reapply as soon as possible
- InjurEASE should not be used on open wounds
ActivMendPRO does not help bone, cartilage damage, or concussions
